An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing mistakes or suspected fraud; you'll be notified and never charged for a cancelled order.
Delivery timelines on the Shipping page are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Inspect packages on arrival and report damage within 48 hours.
Unused items may be returned within 14 days. All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or modifications.
Arm wrestling and strength training are demanding activities. Use our equipment as intended, warm up properly and train within your limits. TITANX is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment.
